As a service carpenter, you primarily work with ongoing service assignments for larger property owners, mainly in rental apartments. You plan your workday to a large extent yourself and have daily contact with both clients and tenants. The work includes both planned and ongoing maintenance, interior and exterior tasks, with a focus on quality and sustainability.

You will work from home with a company car. Our assignments are mainly in Malmö and surrounding areas.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Training as a carpenter or similar work experience
• Are versatile, solution-oriented, and social
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)
